Caceres

We had a short overnight in Caceres en route to Segovia.  Caceres was nice with a huge central square and cool historical section of downtown that was next to our hotel.  Everyone was exhausted so got some street food and crashed.  The next morning got directions to the hospital for Kurt's wound cleaning and after me trying to explain in bad Spanish to the lady at the checkin who spoke no English and seemed overly concerned about getting every detail entered correctly in the computer what we needed, they took him back to repack and bandage it.  Even the language barrier didnt hide they're surprise at how bad it was with their ohhs and ahhs and calling other nurses to look at it.  Apparently the docs don't have the same play it cool manner like docs do in the US like the doctor who reopened my c-section when it was infected telling me this will be quick and won't hurt that much- yeah right!

Aftet the doctor detour we had a giant breakfast at a tapas place- hueves rotos y papapillas- egg chirizo French fry combo and an egg, potatoe, ham, cheese French fry thing.  After a quick walk around the historic part of town we hit the road.
